In this focused 30-minute appointment, you’ll meet one-on-one for a comprehensive review of your current status and guidance on your best next steps. Your visit begins with a 3D body composition and posture scan, capturing precise measurements of your body’s shape, symmetry, and key health indicators such as waist-to-hip ratio and fat-to-lean mass distribution. This technology offers an objective and visual look at how your body is changing over time—far beyond what a scale alone can show. We will interpret your scan results in real time, explaining what the data means in practical terms for your metabolism, muscle mass, and overall health trajectory. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your current strengths and opportunities for improvement. From there, she’ll provide personalized recommendations based on your individual goals—whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, improve energy, or simply gain clarity on where to start. Depending on your results and needs, you may receive guidance toward: • A customized nutrition or fitness plan through Health for Life (HFL) • Hormone or metabolic support options through MEND Health • Ongoing tracking or follow-up scans to monitor progress over time This appointment is intentionally concise and high-impact. It’s designed to help you move forward confidently with a clear plan that fits your unique physiology and goals—without unnecessary confusion or upselling.
