All clients complete a one-time, in-depth evaluation before starting a plan.

Led by Dr. Amber Beane, an expert in health behavior change, nutrition, and program design, this assessment takes a holistic approach to your health—integrating nutrition, training, lifestyle, and behavior.
 

What’s Included:

✔ Comprehensive Nutritional Review
A detailed analysis of your current intake with personalized, science-backed recommendations focused on protein, energy balance, and sustainability.

✔ Fitness & Movement Optimization
Assessment of your current training (or lack of it), with clear guidance on how to build strength, improve performance, and support your metabolism.

✔ Behavioral & Lifestyle Insights
Evaluation of sleep, stress, habits, and mindset—because real change happens beyond food and workouts.

 

This is a data-driven, actionable roadmap—not a generic plan.
You will leave with clear next steps to improve energy, body composition, and overall health.

You can schedule individual sessions at any time:

  • 1:1 Appointments: $129 (30 minutes)

  • Body Composition Review: Included in sessions

For local clients:

  • InBody scans available

  • Styku 3D Body Scan: $69 (offered through Ashewell)
     

This allows you to check in, adjust, and stay accountable—on your terms.
