MEET DR. BEANE
My journey into training and nutrition began 16 years ago when I made a life-changing decision: to quit smoking and take control of my health for the sake of my future — and my children. What started with struggling to run a mile evolved into a lifelong pursuit of strength, vitality, and evidence-based wellness.
Today, I’m a health behavior change expert and research scientist specializing in sustainable transformation for in midlife. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, a Master’s in Health Education and Promotion with a focus on nutrition and public health, and a Bachelor’s in Public Health Epidemiology. My academic and professional work has focused on behavior science, lifestyle optimization, and the evaluation of health and biomedical research.
I’ve spent my career studying why people make the choices they do — and how to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach combines cutting-edge science with real-life strategy, blending my experience in research, coaching, and performance-based wellness to help you rebuild strength, balance hormones, and take ownership of your health.
With additional certifications in strength training (CF-L1, CF-L2, USAW-L1), sports nutrition (Eat to Perform), and behavior-based nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition L1), I bring both scientific rigor and practical coaching expertise to every client I serve.
At 50, I’m living proof that you can feel stronger, leaner, and more energized than ever — and my mission is to help others do the same.
