MEET DR. BEANE

With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on Health Policy and Evaluation, Dr. Amber Beane spent years studying what drives healthy behavior change, what derails it, and how systems either support or sabotage our wellness.

​HFL is the culmination of decades of personal experience and professional research. It’s my life’s work—distilled into a program designed to help individuals reclaim their strength, energy, and agency.
